Maravillosa Positive: Ubicación excelente, apartamento limpio, espacioso y tranquilo, con las cosas básicas para una estadía corta, e incluso cosas básicas para cocinar (café, té, aceite, sal, pimienta). Bathroom needs improving Positive: Great location! Great accomodation for a group of people, beds comfortable. It was a nice apartment Negative: All the door handles were broken off the doors, so we could not shut doors properly. This includes bathroom and bedroom doors. The bathroom smelt like sewage, very very strong sewage smell. The blinds/curtain in living area was broken.

Il manque une indication pour savoir où jeter les poubelles avant de partir .

Prijetna nastanitev Positive: Lokacija je super, blizu mestnega sredisca. Apartma je prostoren. Kuhinja dobro opremljena. Negative: Lahko bi popravili kljuke na vratih in uredili se par malenkosti. V sobah je dovolj prostora se za eno posteljo oz lahko bi bile sirse postelje.
Non male Positive: la posizione è eccellente per soggiornare a rovaniemi perché è a due passi dal centro e si possono raggiungere a piedi i punti d’incontro per le escursioni. la cucina era molto carina e tutto sommato la casa è abbastanza spaziosa. i riscaldamenti erano centralizzati ma devo dire che la casa era sempre ben riscaldata. quando abbiamo avuto problemi con la porta di ingresso che non si apriva sono arrivati in 5 minuti per risolverci il problema, quindi ottima assistenza. Negative: la casa non era male, ma non è nuova come sembra nelle foto, alle porte mancavano le maniglie, quindi non potevi mai chiuderle del tutto. il bagno un po’ troppo piccolo, da risultare abbastanza scomodo, ma passabile.

Saapuessamme kohteelle, aloimme hakemaan ilmoituksessa mainittuja ilmaisia katuparkkipaikkoja, tuloksetta. Kohde oli ihan siisti kun saavuimme, mutta ovella oli vastassa todella voimakas hajustimen tai pesuaineen tuoksu. Onneksi porukassamme ei ollut ketään hajuyliherkkää mukana, sillä haju todella oli poikkeuksellisen voimakas. Kiinteistöstä oli saanut kuvien perusteella siistimmän kuvan, mutta oli aika rapeassa kunnossa joiltain osin. Huoneistossa oli myös monia isoja puutteita tarvikkeisiin liittyen. Esimerkiksi juomalaseja oli yhteensä viisi kahdeksan hengen asuntoon, ruuanlaittovälineet oli likaisia eikä tiskiainetta ollut ja oleellisia ruuanlaittovälineitä puuttui. Siivoamiseen liittyvät ohjeistukset olivat olemattomat ja siivousvälineet olivat myös puutteelliset. Yleisesti majoituksesta jäi kuitenkin kohtalaisen hyvä maku. Sijainti oli hyvä ja seitsemän ihmistä nukkui pitkän viikonlopun siellä aivan hienosti.

Questa esperienza meriterebbe di avere il massimo della recensione sotto tutti i punti di vista, ma c'è stata una nota dolente e spiacevole sulla pulizia, soprattutto per gli utensili e le stoviglie, le due uniche pentole erano pietose, nere, unte e non inutilizzabili, ho contatto anche il proprietario per informarlo ma sono stata completamente ignorata, sinceramente non mi è sembrato per niente corretto. Sul pavimento ho trovato polvere e briciole, in bagno polvere sul punto luce del mobile. Oltre questo spiacevole imprevisto il soggiorno è stato ottimo perché la casa era grande, confortevole, bel collegata, con la fermata del bus e il centro a due passi.
