Cómoda y con buena ubicación a pesar de los inconvenientes mencionados. Positive: Cómodo y céntrico. Muy bien ubicado. Negative: A partir del segundo día empezó a haber una pequeña fuga de agua en el baño y mojaba el piso por lo que cada vez que se usaba el lavabo salía agua hacia el piso. El módem del internet se reventó, la pila seguramente tuvo un sobre calentamiento y no tuvimos internet el resto del tiempo. Avisamos por mensaje al alojamiento pero solo recibimos disculpas y ninguna solución.
Logement très agéable et bien placé Positive: L'emplacement du logement est au centre de Rovaniemi et c'est très appréciable. L'appartement est calme malgré la proximité de la route. Negative: La boite à clé n'est pas facile à trouver.
Great location, property flawed but had a great stay as we were only there to sleep and shower. Positive: The location is just perfect! and the managing agents were extremely helpful. Negative: Unfortuantly there was a few problems but the managing agent really helped sort things out.
Estancia muy cómoda y muy tranquila. Positive: Un alojamiento bien ubicado y muy cómodo. Tenía todo lo que necesitamos y no pasamos nada de frío a pesar del que hacía fuera. No notamos ruido ni de la calle ni de los vecinos. Negative: Lo único que podría decir negativo del apartamento es la poca luz que tenía, sobre todo en la cocina, apenas se veía.

Die Lage ist super zentral und die Kommunikation sehr schnell & freundlich! Die Wohnung würde ich allerdings nur für kurze Aufenthalte empfehlen, denn die Küche ist sehr minimalistisch eingerichtet, es ist sehr spärlich beleuchtet und durch die Fenster zieht es extrem, wodurch es sehr kalt wird. Wer jedoch mit wenig zurecht kommt, wird mit der Wohnung zufrieden sein.

Positive: It was in the city centre easy to access the shops, the mall just across the road.The taxi station was across the road and 2 bus stations near the accommodation which were going to Santa Claus Village Negative: It could have been cleaner ,looked like it wasn’t properly cleaned after the previous guests . 8/10 for clean

Very dark throughout as lighting was insufficient. Dirty cutlery in the drawer. Very dirty under the sofa bed. Two beds crammed up against each other to make it fit and no other space to move in. Loud chest freezer humming all night. Lots of scum in the bathroom. Not cleaned well.

Positive: The apartment was in a great location, next to bus stops, cafes and bars. Everything we needed was available, kettle, cooker toaster and smart TV.. The bed was comfortable and the apartment was very warm even with the outside temperature being -17. Negative: The apartment could do with a little TLC. The bathroom was a little grubby, the light fitting in the bedroom was broken and there was only one curtain which was hanging by a thread.

Abbiamo dovuto occupare anche il tavolo senza possibilità di utilizzare la cucina. Letto matrimoniale piccolo e anche un po’ scomodo. Ma la cosa davvero assurda é che non c’erano le tende oscuranti e quindi alle 5 di mattina la stanza era completamente illuminata! Mi chiedo come sia possibile che in un luogo dove l’estate arriva il sole quasi per 24 ore non ci siano delle tendi oscuranti che ti permettano di rendere buia la stanza e di dormire bene!!
Todo bien 😊 Positive: La ubicación sin lugar a dudas un 10! El apartamento es cómodo, tiene todo lo necesario para cocinar en caso de no querer ir a comer afuera. Solo es un poco más viejo de lo que aparenta en las fotos, pero nada grave. En el estacionamiento público (es decir parking en la calle) no hemos tenido inconvenientes en encontrar lugar libre que era algo que teníamos ante el desconocimiento. Asique también es un punto a favor de la estructura 👍 Todo perfecto ✨
Positive: Wohnung sauber. Die Lage ist hervorragend. Mitten im Zentrum Rovaniemis, Busstationen (z. B. zum Weihnachtsdorf) und Ausflugsanbieter sehr gut zu erreichen. Schöne Cafés in der nahen Umgebung. Negative: Man bekommt vorab ziemlich viel Werbung für Ausflugsanbieter.

Piacevole Positive: La posizione era ottima, in pieno centro di rovaniemi. La casa era molto carina e accogliente, la finestra al lato del letto molto suggestiva. Aveva tutto l’occorrente. Negative: Personale totalmente assente, abbiamo scritto per avere informazioni su come si accendessero i termosifoni o se avevamo a disposizione il parcheggio sotto casa visto che era tutto a pagamento ovunque e non ci ha mai risposto nessuno. Sul “balcone” c’era un nido di Piccione e ci era impossibile aprire la finestra altrimenti entrava in casa. I piatti per la cucina non erano puliti, li abbiamo dovuti lavare piu volte perche appiccicosi. Il letto non era molto comodo e neanche i cuscini.
Nice place but poor response Positive: Cozy apartment in the middle of rovaniemi, everything is within 5 minutes walk, which is super convenient when dealing with -20/25 temperature. The bed is confortable and the place is warm. It is possible to pick up the keys just around the corner and they offer free luggage storage. Negative: Unfortunately the bathroom had a terribly disgusting smell of sewer for the whole stay, which made it really difficult to use the bathroom. We contacted the renter via booking but we received an answer only 1 and a half day later, saying that they would pass by to check the bathroom, but they never did. Very poor response, especially considering that there is a lot of spamming in the chat concerning booking activities in Rovaniemi through them. There is a small kitchen but very few kitchen utensils and the blinds are not shielding the artificial light coming from outside.

Positive: Il soggiorno è stato eccezionale. A partire dall accoglienza e la disponibilità dell'host. L appartamento è situato in pieno centro e quindi con tutti i negozi a disposizione (market, souvenir, farmacia). Pulito, confortevole, caldo. Ha contribuito a vivere il nostro sogno.
Magica Positive: Al ser apartamento nos lo hacíamos nosotros, la ubicación en todo el centro de rovaniemi, a menos de 5 minutos de empresas de tour, supermercado y demás. Lo recomiendo 100%. Volvería a repetir sin dudarlo
Repetiría seguro Positive: La localización es inmejorable, el apartamento es muy amplio y tiene todo lo necesario, y el check in y check out es muy cómodo. Negative: Los vasos estaban guardados sucios, entendemos que quien limpió el apartamento no los guardó así, pero debería de revisarlo. Además, estaría bien que pusieran alguna almohada más, la que hay es muy fina, y perchas.

Paras mahdollinen sijainti Rovaniemellä minun tarkoituksiini - aivan keskustassa. Siisti asunto, mutta sisustus vähän "askeettinen". Hyvä sänky nukkua ja siisti kylpyhuone suihkussa käymiseen - en muuta tarvinnutkaan. Varaisin/tulisin ehdottomasti toistekin.
