The apartment location made the tripo so much easier, to get everywhere Positive: The location was perfect, it was close to everything, it was a maximum of 5minutes walk to the to the activities transfers, and buses, coffee shops 2minutes away, and restaurants everywhere, theres a rent a car underneath the apartment which makes your life so much easier

Excellent apartment in a perfect location..very quiet and so close to the Main Streets with lots of restaurants/bars and shops nearby and only a 3 minute walk to Naava Cafe ice skating and sledging area. Extremely clean and exactly how it was advertised. Sauna was a great addition. We loved it. Very good communication with the host. Very comfortable, warm and cosy apartment..we’ll definitely be back! I would 100% recommend it, we were a family of 5, the kids had a huge sofa bed and fold up bed too and bedroom was perfect for 2 adults…thank you for a fantastic stay!
Apesar da questão da limpeza, o apartamento é ótimo e bem estruturado. Positive: Localização excelente, sistema de aquecimento bom, funcionários respondem rapidamente, o apartamento comporta 4 pessoas tranquilamente, cozinha com bastante utensilios. Possuía máquina de lavar roupa, o que ajuda muito. Negative: O apartamento estava muito sujo, muito mesmo. Cabelos no banheiro e nos lençóis/travesseiros, pêlos na pia do banheiro e vaso, fogão sujo, e forno sujo.

Positive: Es un lindo apartamento, muy cómodo, todo lo necesario para cocinar, limpio, el sauna en el baño fue fenomenal en días de mucho frío y la ubicación en el centro es genial si tomaras tours que salen desde ahí Negative: El precio en la temporada que estuvimos (primer semana de enero) y al reservar a última hora con muy pocas opciones disponibles (todo estaba ocupado) me pareció excesivo una semana después de esto habían alojamientos espectaculares por este mismo precio Planifica tu viaje con tiempo :)

Cuando llegamos el piso estaba sucio, con basura y restos de comida, las camas deshechas, toallas por el suelo, pelos… Un desastre. La comunicación imposible, un inglés muy limitado y sin más soluciones que esperar 1 hora hasta que limpiaran (a -20 grados). Finalmente nos dejan esperar en otro apartamento, pero la llave no funcionaba y estuvimos casi media hora en la calle con niños pequeños. No mostraron ningún tipo de interés por saber si estábamos bien después de abrir una reclamación a Airbnb a pesar de que llamé varias veces a su teléfono para preguntar cosas del apartamento. La casa en sí apenas tiene menaje, la sauna no funcionaba, la aspiradora tampoco, ni una escoba para barrer, elementos de cocina muy básicos, no se percibe como una casa cálida. Lo único positivo fue su ubicación, en pleno centro. No lo recomiendo para nada. Mucho que mejorar.

Definitely recommend Positive: Our stay was lovely at this very convenient apartment. The bed was super comfortable & apartment was always warm. The location was extremely convenient to walk out into the centre for groceries or restaurants. Negative: Maybe it could have a Welcome instruction booklet in both Finnish & English

I kept calling till someone came and helped. Washing machine didnt work nobody fixed it for 3 days
Amazing place in city center Positive: Very convenient location right next to big shopping mall. Negative: It is not possible to find the address. Not one taxi was able to arrive to it as it is a new building. The appartment is quite new however, I’d like to provide some feedback. The shower is impossible to manage. Entire bathroom gets wet as there is practically not division. The lamps are very stylish but extremely low, we bumped our heads constantly, there are no curtains other than that. Beds are super comfortable, we had an amazing time.
