Positive: Posizione ottima e contesto tranquillo. Negative: Il lavandino del bagno troppo piccolo e con la specchiara troppa vicina a quest'ultimo. La scomodità di dover andare a ritirare e restituire le chiavi presso un ufficio distante dall'appartamento. La cucina potrebbe essere implementata. Il divano letto come terzo letto non è tra i più comodi.
Apartamento básico Positive: Buena ubicacion En la cocina habia de todo, incluso productos de limpieza basicos para poder lavar un plato.... papel de rollo de cocina... Negative: ANUNCIABAN SAUNA en el apartamento y no la habia, dijeron que fue un error pero TAMPOCO ME COMPENDARON nada. No lo dijeron hasta 48 h antes de mi llegada por lo que si o si, tenia que quedarme en este apartamento. Las fotos ademas llegan a engaño, parece que existe una puerta para la habitacion , pero es diafono (tampoco lo describen) La luz del baño no funcionaba. La recogida y entrega de llaves es a 15 minutos andando ó 6 minutos en coche. Si vas en Taxi como yo , te mete en un gasto puesto que tienes que hacer una parada intermedia y te cobran. Pero dada la climatologia y con maletas no te queda otra....
Positive: We stayed for 4 nights. The studio was in the first floor, and it was clean and tidy, warm, had microwave, coffee machine, kettle and some other kitchen utensils, although we didn't cook, only made coffee. Shower was good, and had good storage. Very close to the shops and high street that has many restaurants, it was also easy to get buses to Santa Claus village and to the airport. Negative: Overall, the building and surroundings, were silent and safe. However in the building upper floor, there was someone that was refurbishing, and the noise started too early, like 8 am, where the rules said "to make noise at 10 am. Besides that, nothing to complain about.

Lapponia in 4 Positive: La struttura è piccolina 4 posti letto tutti in un locale, va bene x una famiglia ma x noi che eravamo due coppie è un po' stretta, pulita con piccola cucina e bagno. Vicina ad una grande supermercato con prezzi accessibili come in Italia.
Appartement fonctionnel pour un petit séjour en Laponie Positive: L’appartement est cosy et fonctionnel, même s’il parait plus grand en photo. Le lit est très confortable ! Bien situé en ville, facile d’accès et beaucoup de Uber disponibles pour se déplacer. Negative: Il pourrait y avoir un peu plus d’ustensiles pour cuisiner et renouveler la casserole qui est très usée.
Positive: The location was truly ideal, being in the center of Rovaniemi, everything was at a walking distance. The apartment was also very clean with a few amenities (soap, shower gel, towels...) and comfortable bedding. Overall, highly recommend and great experience. Negative: The ad specifies the presence of a sauna, which strongly influenced our choice. However, there was no sauna upon arrival nor when we asked the hosts in case it was located elsewhere. The cutlery and dishes were also quite limiting considering we cooked almost every day in the apartment with only a small potato knife to cut with and a small pan/pot to cook with.
Dobry za taką cenę Positive: Dobra lokalizacja, bardzo blisko dworca autobusowego oraz małego marketu w którym polecam robic zakupy Niedaleko przystankow, taksówka do Santa Cavern 24.euro, do Santa village 28 euro Kuchnia dobrze wyposażona, nawet nie włączaliśmy lodówki bo na parapecie wszystko było dość zimne ( jogurty zamarzły po wewnętrznej stronie parapetu ale było minus 23) Negative: Klucze trzeba odebrać około 700m w innym miejscu, jest to dość uciążliwe jak jedziesz 26 godzin i masz małe dzieci a nigdzie takiej informacji nie podano przed rezerwacja, budynek dość stary, mieszkanie odświeżone ale kuchnia i łazienka dość stara Łazienka najgorsza, bez brodzika i woda leje się wszędzie ale zdecydowaliśmy się bo tanio i blisko dworca Klucze zostawiliśmy, nie zwracaliśmy do skrytki
Positive: valutazione sulla colazione non applicabile in quanto non inclusa. Posizione perfetta molto comoda sia per muoversi autonomamente in centro che per raggiungere i vari punti d'incontro delle escursioni. Negative: in generale tutto perfetto, a parte il ritiro chiavi in quanto le informazioni fornite potrebbero essere più chiare- C'era stato detto che avemmo trovato le chiavi nel palazzo accanto, mentre l'indirizzo fornito con la cassetta di sicurezza si trovava a 10 minuti a piedi dall'appartamento.

Positive: No me gustó nada Negative: Muchas cosas no me gustaron: ubicación, calidad, tamaño, el personal, etc etc. Pagué un alojamiento y tras dejar al medio día mis pertenencias y las de mi familia, al regresar por la noche había instalada otra familia y mis cosas las habían llevado a otro apartamento que no fue ni el que reservé por ubicación ni por fotos. Pedí más ropa de abrigo a una persona encargada del alojamiento y tras 3 noches ni apareció ni se volvió a poner en contacto con nosotros
