Nie wieder in dieses Haus. Booking ccom hat uns aber gut geholfen. Es wurden zwei Tage vergütet. Positive: Die Lage ist gut. Das Zimmer war sauber. Die Möblierung neuwertig Negative: Laut Apartementbeschreibung fehlten. Fernseher. wurde uns nach 2 Tagen zugesagt, ging nicht, da kein TV Anschluß im Zimmer. HIFI kam nach Beschwerde erst nach 3 Tagen Toilettendeckel nur an einer Schraube befestigt, man konnte abrutschen, Wurde nicht repariert. Um in meine Bett zu steigen musste ich immer über das Sofa klettern. Tolle Gymnastikübung. Beim betreten des Zimmers dachte ich ich bin im Vorratsraum für die Putzfrau

Viaje a Finlandia - Rovaniemi Enero 2025 Positive: Esta ubicado muy bien, cerca de todo en Rovaniemi, es un lugar confortable, seguro y silencioso. Fácil de llegar y fue muy fácil dejar las maletas en las oficinas antes de hacer check-in Negative: Todo fue bueno, no tengo alguna queja en particular, solo que el check-in es muy tarde
Way overpriced for what it offers but otherwise nice place to stay Positive: Fantastic location, right in front of the property there is a lovely ice skating rink and sleighing space, my kids loved both. It is also a short walk to the Main Street with all amenities. Before check in I received a couple of messages with options to book various tours and warm clothing, that is very thoughtful. Check-in was very easy with a door key and a safe box for the apartment key. The beds were very comfortable and I also loved the underfloor heating in the bathroom. Negative: I booked the apartment for 4 people yet there were only 3 dining chairs, for the price we paid I would expect a TV with Netflix and proper reading lights next to the bed! We couldn’t read our books the main ceiling lights were so dim. There were some kind of small bedside lamps but neither of them worked. The apartment was super expensive as we were staying for new year. For a much cheaper option these would be acceptable but certainly not for the amount we paid. Same goes for no tea or coffee. For this price I would expect coffee and tea to be available as well as free toiletries like shampoo and conditioner, body lotion. Also there is a serious draft coming in from the windows but there are only 4 curtains for 4 windows. The price does not reflect the actual facilities.
Negative: The code didn’t work after the first day so needed to take key out each time. Not an issue for us but needs attention, as we could have otherwise been stuck outside late at night with no key and no code access.
The apartment was as described, with a well-equipped kitchen, clean bedding and close proximity to attractions, bus stops, and restaurants. Good communication with the owner.
Positive: Clean, cozy and well maintained facilities. The kitchen is enough to cook meals. There is washing machine which is really helpful when you're in the middle of 2 weeks family travel. The apartment is very centrally located, which is great for exploring. Everything is within a few minutes walk. We had a wonderful time. Roni, our host went above and beyond by helping us when we first arrived in Rovaniemi. Thank you so much!
Aunque nos costó un poco encontrar el edificio,nos ayudaron telefónicamente y nunca nos sentimos sólos.El piso es precioso y acogedor y está cerca de todo lo importante . Totalmente recomendable
