Location was great and apartment very cosy. Positive: Location was great. No breakfast. Negative: A real coffee machine would be great.
Très beau logement idéalement situé en centre-ville, tout se fait à pied : restaurants, bars, départs aux activités et boutiques à moins de cinq minutes. L’appartement, au sixième étage avec ascenseur, offre une jolie vue sur le parc. À notre arrivée, le lit était fait et tout le nécessaire était prévu. Le frigo et les plaques de cuisson sont un vrai plus pour préparer à manger avant de partir en balade. À noter : il n’y a pas de volets. Cela ne nous a pas dérangés, mais c’est bon à savoir. Très bon séjour, je recommande !

Fácil de llegar y fue muy fácil dejar las maletas en las oficinas antes de hacer check-in Negative: Todo fue bueno, no tengo alguna queja en particular, solo que el check-in es muy tarde
Positive: Αριστη τοποθεσία , δίπλα στο κέντρο , πολύ όμορφο διαμέρισμα και καθαρό Θα ήθελα ωστόσο να ζεσταίνει ακόμα πιο πολύ το δωμάτιο
Gemütlich- zu empfehlen Positive: Es war sehr ruhig und gemütlich. Hatte Wohlfülcharakter. Negative: Ein paar Dinge waren kaputt. Die Glastür war aus der Vwrankerung. Die Jalousin waren so billig, dass wir sie lieber nicht angefasst haben. Hört sich nach Kleinigkeiten an, aber das waren Dinge die wir eigentlich haätten benutzen wollen um aus dem Fenster zu schaurn, oder abzudunkeln. Auch die Glastüre bereitete bei zwei kleinen Kindern Sorge, dass sie umkippen könnte. Wir haben sie dann nicht angefasst. Vielleicht kann es einfach repariert werden. Dann ist es perfekt.
Perfect location for a santa claus village visit Positive: Location is perfect , very close to the airport and santa claus village. Right in the centre of Rovaniemi. Room was perfect , cosy and there is a great playground across the road which has taboggan slides . The kids loved this Negative: We had a rental car. No parking at the property but there is paid parking around the city centre and you can walk to the apartment which wasnt a problem

Soggiorno ottimo, unica pecca la pulizia Positive: Dopo aver prenotato questa struttura ho letto recensioni di persone che si lamentavano del freddo. Io sinceramente non l'ho trovata affatto fredda, il riscaldamento a pavimento funziona benissimo e mi son trovata davvero bene. Gli appartamenti si trovano in una zona di Rovaniemi abbastanza centrale, per raggiungere i principali locali ci vogliono davvero pochi minuti. All'arrivo abbiamo preso il bus express per raggiungere la città dall'aeroporto e la fermata era a circa 40 metri dall'edificio. Letto molto comodo, frigo capiente, bagno pulito e cucina con due piaste da induzione molto comode. Noi eravamo al sesto piano e la vista era principalmente sul giardinetto innevato che c'è alle spalle dell'edificio. Alla porta sono presenti le indicazioni per la raccolta differenziata e nel cortile comune c'è una struttura per lo smaltimento dei rifiuti. Negative: Unica pecca è stata la pulizia. Mi sarei aspettata una pulizia più profonda visto che abbiamo trovato buste di patatine e snack aperte in molti degli armadi presenti, e no, non erano messe a disposizione dalla struttura per i pasti, erano proprio state abbandonate dai vecchi inquilini e mai ripulite prima di farci entrare. In più abbiamo trovato dei fazzoletti sporchi sotto il letto. In generale, per il prezzo pagato avrei preferito avessero pulito meglio l'intero appartamento.
Positive: Nice location, Negative: This is not fit for 5 people. You can't swing a cat in this apt. This is a 1 bed studio flat with a partition wall. One side of wall is double bed and other side is a camp bed and sofa bed. Double bed was ok mattress very thin though. My sons are 20 13 12. My 20 Yr old son had the camp bed right next to his little brothers and complained whole time My 12 a 13 Yr sons refused to sleep on tiny sofa bed together so one slept on the floor, the one that slept on sofa bed said he could feel wooden bar through middle of bed and developed a stiff neck mattress also very thin. Couldn't sleep the whole 4 nights as we were all on top of each other. Honestly what a let down this was.
