EXCELENTE APARTAMENTO MAL GESTIONADO Positive: La ubicación es inmejorable,frente a un parque,parada de bus al aeropuerto y Santa Claus Village,cerca del centro, restaurantes,del río... El apartamento está muy bien equipado y cuidado y la temperatura es buena. Negative: La limpieza era muy mejorable (había unas bragas sucias en un cajón de la mesita de noche,un tupper sucio en el lavavajillas que estaba entero manchado...). Las almohadas son incomodisimas,muy blandas. Hay un ruido constante muy molesto de calefacción por aire o similar que de noche es bastante desagradable. La gestión por parte de la empresa a la que pedimos ayuda por varias cosas fue escasa, pedí que nos asistieran viniendo a solucionar un par de cosas y nunca vinieron,cuando llegamos faltaban camas por montar pero como no hay teléfono de emergencias ni atención 24h y llegamos tarde nadie nos ayudó y tuvimos que apañarnos,los tours de caza de auroras que reservamos con ellos fueron muy mejorables.

Positive: Great location, host asked to video call when we were lost so he could help us which was nice. Negative: The apartment needs a deep clean, the kettle was dirty inside, we couldn’t use it and there was toothpaste on the bathmat. A small welcome pack would be nice on arrival.

Spend your money elsewhere Positive: The bed is comfortable. The couch is comfortable. Negative: First of all, this apartment is sold as a family room. The only bedroom has a glass sliding door that doesn't fully close, so it's still light and noise still goes through. So at night as soon as the baby goes to sleep everyone has to be silent and sit in the dark. The window blinds and curtains don't block out the light from the streets. The staff were un-helpful when we tried to book parking, they didn't respond. When we tried to check-in the staff took over 30mins to respond, considering it's -20 degrees and you can't find the building using their instructions. Early check in costs you 50€ to get in at 2pm instead of 4pm. I asked for this the day we arrived, so the room is clearly always available at 2pm you just have to pay more for it. The shower is small, the kitchen has suitable appliances. The one good thing this apartment has in cupboards. More cupboards than you'll ever desire. Despite being told it's a family room, my mother in-law had to go purchase additional accommodation due to there not being enough space for 3 adults and one child. This accommodation is suitable for a couple. That's it. In addition you can hear noise from the building at all hours despite the fact that there's quiet time between certain hours. I would not recommend you stay here. There are much better, bigger accomodations for the same price or less.
Well equipped apartment right in the centre of Rovaneimi. Easy walking to shops, restaurants and transport. Cosy. Immaculate.
Good location, disappointing stay Positive: The location is excellent, right in the city centre, with a bus stop directly in front of the building and a park opposite the apartment. Access to the apartment is very easy. Customer service was quick, with communication via WhatsApp. They were helpful in providing information and answering questions before our arrival, even before we reached the city. Negative: The apartment was quite small for five adults, even though we booked one that was advertised for six people. There was only one toilet, and one and a half of the two available wardrobes were filled with sofa cushions and cleaning equipment. As a result, we had no space to store our clothes or suitcases. Some issues were not resolved, such as the lack of space in the apartment. We were not offered a larger alternative, nor was a solution provided to free up the wardrobes.

Appartement pratique et confortable, bien situé. Positive: Emplacement pratique en centre ville mais calme car n’est pas dans la rue animée du centre. Appartement bien équipé et confortable, une chambre avec un lit double et un salon avec un canapé convertible. Les équipements ménagers étaient de bonne qualité et l’appartement était globalement propre. Nous avons pu laisser nos valises le temps que le ménage se finisse lors de notre arrivée. Negative: La ventilation émettait un sifflement légèrement désagréable dans l’appartement. Le code d’accès de la porte de l’immeuble a été changé au cours de notre séjour sans que nous soyons prévenus : pénible de patienter dans le froid quand il fait -20 degrés !
Esperaba otras comodidades Positive: Confortable y el sitio excelente Negative: Sofás camas incómodos,cero almohadas,una sartén sola enorme,ollas mal cuidadas,nunca funcionó el vajillas(de hecho tenía una pastilla puesta y todo lavado a mano )y secado a mano,no hay secador .
Muy cómodo para ir en familia Positive: Camas cómodas. Menaje de todo tipo. Muy bien situado. Negative: Ruido continuo de extractor o calefacción por aire, no sabemos bien qué es. Molesto por la noche. Algo que no es particular de esta casa, sino de todos estos países nórdicos y es que las persianas no son como las de España y entra luz de fuera.

We loved the location and we loved how clean everything was. Positive: It was clean, the location was amazing. Negative: It was far too small. We booked for a family of 5 and got a 1 bed apartment. There was 1 broken sofa bed that wasn’t fit for purpose. 2 people slept on the floor every night. The booking stated : 1 large double bed, 2 double beds and a single bed. This was not the case.
Comfortable, modern and convenient apartment right in the heart of Rovaniemi. Positive: Excellent location, secure, very modern, comfortable apartment. Spotlessly clean and very spacious. Really appreciated the complimentary luggage storage service at BookLapland. Staff there were very friendly and helpful too. Negative: Would have been good to have a clothes dryer and also a tea towel or paper towel in the kitchen. Oven was a bit difficult to operate so we gave up In the end, but these things didn’t detract from our wonderful stay here. Would highly recommend to anyone visiting Rovaniemi. A great alternative to some of the overpriced hotels.

Une seule chambre ! 4 chaises pour 5 personnes Nous avons envoyé un whatsapp le lendemain de notre arrivée qui est resté sans réponse. Et à notre arrivée le code pour ouvrir la porte était faux. Une personne s’est déplacée, nous a à peine parlé. A mis le numéro de l’étage dans l’ascenseur ….. et est repartie
