Positive: Das Cosy City Apartment ist sehr gemütlich und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Es ist alles vorhanden, eine komplette Kücheneinrichtung mit sehr guten Küchengeräten, z.B. Kaffeemaschine, Toaster, Wasserkocher. Die Sauna funktioniert super, ein schöner Balkon, ein Abstellraum für die schneenassen Schuhe. Es ist immer kuschelig warm, wenn es draußen -20° Grad hat. Zur Wohnung gehört ein Parkplatz. Man ist in 5 Minuten im Ortszentrum, in 7 Minuten im Freizeitgebiet Ounasvaara, in 10 Minuten am Arktikum. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
Absolutely great flat, very well located right by the water, with some restaurants and places to visit at walking distance. The private sauna in the flat was a highlight, good for 2-3 people. The kitchen and bathroom had everything one needs. The host welcomed us personally and showed how everything works and gave some good recommendations for our stay. Checkout also super easy. The flat was also comfortably warm, considering it was - 37° outside.

Eramos 5 pessoas e 3 tiveram de ficar num sofá cama e cama pequena, improvisada. Quando chegamos não sabiam em que andar era o apartamento. Tivemos de ser nós. Não foi difícil, mas deveriam ter dito e acompanhado

Apartamento muito bonito e confortável, a interação com o responsável foi muito boa e agradável. O facto do apartamento estar muito perto do centro da cidade permitia fazer tudo a pé. Apesar do apartamento só ter um quarto e nós sermos 4, o sofá era muito confortável e dormiu-se muito bem. A sua proximidade ao Arktikum, permitiu-nos ir ver auroras boreais a pé. Como alugámos carro, haver parqueamento no apartamento, foi uma mais valia preciosa. Adorámos e recomendamos Negative: Gostámos de tudo, nada a apontar!

L’appartement est très bien situé, le centre de ville de rovaniemi est accessible à pied. La vue sur le lac est magnifique, une patinoire ainsi qu’un café (Navaa Café) avec des gérants d’une gentillesse sans nom est en face de l’appartement. Accès facile a de nombreux endroits pour se promener. Le sauna et le balcon sont très agréables. Néanmoins, l’appartement n’est pas vraiment prévu pour 5 personnes, un lit d’appoint a été ajouté mais il ne tenait pas très bien.
We had a really great stay. The apartment was very clean, well equipped and comfortable. There were even a few touches of attention that were nice like the chocolate boxe from the owners with a nice card and some heaters for hands and foot that saved our lives during our sled dogs tour ;) Thank you very much. The place is very well located with a nice view over the lake. From the apartment you can do everything by foot and there is also a parking slot dedicated to the apartment. Do not hesitate to rent that place !
Apartamento muy bien ubicado, limpio, con todo lo necesario
Positive: We felt so welcome here by the host, it was warm clean and cosy. It has plenty of storage space so everything can be put out the way and it had everything you need for self catering with lots of little extras , like spices and oils etc. Location was perfect as was located only a short walk from the centre and the angry birds play park. It also has the Naava Cafe , which is ice skating and sledging right on its doorstep. The bus stop is right beside this and a taxi on the bolt app from here to SCV and Santa Park are usually less than €10. If we ever decide to visit Rovaniemi again we would definitely look to stay here again. 10/10 Negative: There’s nothing I could really fault. We were more than happy with everything. If I was being picky instructions on how to get access and where to leave the key on exit could have been clearer although wasn’t an issue but this is really the only thing I can think of.
Positive: Muy bien ubicado en el mismo centro y con buena conexión con los autobuses para santas village y santas park. Muy buen apartamento con todo lo necesario y muy atentos, muy recomendable.
Great spot to enjoy the magic of the Lapland winter Positive: There's a lot to love. There's a lot of space in the apartment. If you're cooking, the kitchen has everything you need. The separate bedroom is nice. The management company provides a book with helpful information about how to use appliances and the sauna. Having a washer for clothes is great. Also, really liked that the apartment comes with a parking spot. Negative: The heat was a bit difficult to figure out (actually tooo hot). Collecting the key was a bit confusing.
