Negative: Bathroom was to small for 8 people.Despite we agreed on to have in two bedroom apartment additional bed for two kids, upon out arrival we didnt have arranged set up of beds
Positive: Die Lage der Unterkunft ist sehr gut. Supermarkt, ein gutes Café, Bushaltestellen, Restaurants-alles ist in unmittelbarer Nöhe! Die Betten, auch das Schlagsofa, waren sehr bequem und alle Zimmer (abgesehen vom Bad) sind geräumig. Negative: Wir hatten angefragt ob wir geringfügig früher einchecken könnten. Sofort wurde das gegen einen Aufpreis angeboten. Auf das ungefragte Abgebot einer kostenpflichtigen Gepäckaufbewahrung haben wir dann auch verzichtet. Ob wir früher aufschrecken wurde auch abgefragt….ich vermute mal wir hätten keine Rückvergütung bekommen…. Das Badezimmer ist extrem klein. I Der Tisch im Wohnzimmer und die Küche sind sanierungsbedürftig.

Vitrocerámica mugrosa. Mesa de comedor deteriorada. Sauna que no funciona. Cableado suelto. Y te cobran 2800€ por una semana en Enero? Ya podían invertir un poco de las ganancias en el mantenimiento del apartamento
Positive: Good location, quite walkable to city center. Kitchen has everything that we need. plus some extras to use like coffee and masalas to make curry. Negative: No elevator so you have to carry your heavy bags to 3rd floor, pretty much basic for the amount you pay.
Home away from home. Positive: It was spacious, comfortable sofas and beds, working equipment, responsive staff, conveniently located. Negative: The bathroom’s shower stall floor wasn’t segregated from the sink and toilet so water flowed to that part of the bathroom each time someone takes a shower. Kitchen cabinets’ laminates were peeling off. But the wood is still good.

3 star property Positive: It’s in good location, 5 mins walk from City Center. Grocery store next to accommodation. Negative: No lift in the property, so if you get a room on the 2nd or 3rd floor, it’s tedious to go up and down with heavy luggage. We went with 1 kid, so it was difficult to get the prams and suitcases to the 3rd floor. While booking it should be mentioned about no lift and accommodation. The property was not clean there were hairs on the bed and pillows.

Teleurstellende ervaring De kamer was niet heel proper, maar oké. De bedden lagen goed. De host was echter totaal niet gastvrij. We kregen meerdere keren ongevraagde reclame voor hun tours in de chat, erg irritant. De sauna bleek niet privé, wat nergens duidelijk stond. Je moest een afspraak maken en kreeg maar één optie, zonder flexibiliteit. Toen we dit aankaartten, reageerde de host pas na een dag en zonder enige bereidheid om te helpen. Na onze klacht werd de sauna uit de advertentie verwijderd, wat onze klacht bij Airbnb bemoeilijkte. Uiteindelijk kregen we compensatie, maar alleen na veel discussie. Zowel de host als Airbnb wezen naar elkaar, wat veel stress opleverde. Zwaar teleurgesteld!
Zentrale Lage / Gemütliches Apartment / Kommunikation und Sauna FLOP! Positive: -) Tolles Apartment mit zwei getrennten Schlafzimmern in guter Lage - in wenigen Minuten erreicht man das Zentrum von Rovaniemi -) Heizung funktioniert gut und ausreichend -) Küche funktional Negative: -) Safe mit Schlüssel zum Check-In ist 10 Gehminuten von Apartment entfernt, was bei starken Minusgraden nicht gut zumutbar ist. -) Extrem enttäuscht waren wir von der Sauna. Es war keine Sauna ersichtlich im Wohnhaus und auch im Apartment lagen keine Unterlagen dazu auf. Auf Nachfrage erhielten wir tagelang keine Info wo die Sauna ist, um dann die Info zu erhalten, dass sie nur zu Zeiten wo wir nicht mehr da sind benutzbar ist. Schade für etwas zahlen zu müssen was dann nicht nutzbar ist! Diese Infos müssen transparent gemacht werden!!
