Vraiment parfait Positive: L’appartement était incroyablement propre du sol au plafond. Sèche cheveux bien pratique. Très bonne température dans l’appartement, couette top, et assez grand pour 3, un adulte et 2 enfants. Et proche de tout les arrêts de bus pour aller à l’aéroport ou à santa clause Village à 4€ par personne. Situé à 3 minutes d’un spot pour les aurores boréales. Negative: Aller chercher les clés à 10 minutes de l’appartement et les redeposer au même endroit. Bien prévoir de s’arrêter la bas avant d’aller à l’adresse de l’appartement pour éviter les aller retours.
Positive: The appartment is very clean and has all the necessities for a short stay (including things like salt, oil, tea or coffee). It is less than 10 minutes by foot from the city centre where most activities take place. There is a smooth check-in at a key box so you can check-in at any time (we arrived at 1 am and it was no issue). Negative: No complaints.
Expensive, but amazing Positive: The apartment was far beyond our expectations. The price we paid was not small, but it was definitely worth it. The location was amazing, close to the lake and the park where my children played every day. Negative: The only inconvenience was that in the kitchen there wasn’t a single pot larger than one litre for cooking. For us, this holiday was a dream come true. We paid a great deal for transport and accommodation, so we tried to stick to our budget and ate only at the apartment, cooking our own meals. However, it was a bit difficult managing with the two small saucepans we had available. We contacted the host beforehand and asked whether there were pots and pans in the apartment, and we were told that there were. To be fair, we didn’t ask how large they were. For four people, cooking in a one-litre pot isn’t ideal, but we managed.

Key collection is a bit far Positive: Its a very nice apartment, bright and spacious. Bonus being doorstep from the frozen river where I saw some northern lights. Mainly ikea pieces and furniture, it felt just like my own home. Lift access. Negative: The key is collected at least 10mins walk away from the property. 10 mins didn't sound much but NOT when you carry a luggage and had to drag it on snow+sand mixture. I ended up paying 10 Euro on a bolt taxi to get from apartment to key return upon check out in the morning. Also I prefer a blackout to sleep, the curtain is not properly installed and missing panel.

Für 2 Personen ausreichend Positive: Gute Lage, saubere Einrichtung, fast alles vorhanden Negative: Heizung viel zu kalt, am ersten Tag teilweise aus, Dusche eiskalt und das Wasser läuft ins Bad. Küche nur für 2 Personen ausgelegt obwohl es zu dritt gemietet wurde. Essen gemeinsam nicht möglich. Die Mikrowelle war defekt. Wurde jedoch auf Nachfrage gleich ausgetauscht. Im Flur fehlten Möglichkeiten zum aufhängen von Jacken. Man musste erst bis zum Schrank laufen mit den nassen Schuhen.

Ottima sistemazione Positive: Posizione eccezionale a due passi dal centro. Casa spaziosa, con tante finestre (anche in bagno) pulita, confortevole, ben accessoriata e letto comodo. Abbiamo apprezzato la presenza di molti asciugamani, di armadi spaziosi e degli appendiabiti. Negative: Avremmo preferito le prese di corrente accanto al letto. In bagno talvolta si avvertiva un odore un po’ sgradevole. Manca il box doccia, ma per noi non è stato un gran problema.

El checkin muu flexible y muy cerca del apartamento y de la parada del bus para el aeropuerto. Si viajas con niños hay un parque cerca para tirarte en trineo y patinar sobre hielo☺️ Negative: Lo unico que destacaria es que echamos en falta mas sillas para los 4; ibamos 2 adultos y 2 niños y solo habia 2 sillas en la cocina. Confortable studio apartment in the heart of Rovaniemi. Positive: Though being a studio apartment it is very spacious and confortable. Bed was pretty confortable and had a full kitchen including: coffee machine, microwave, full fridge, stove including the oven, etc. Also includes wifi and smart TV. Best of all: the location, around 7 minutes away from the bus stop that’ll take you to Santa Park, Santa Claus Village, Airport, Railway Station, etc. Negative: Open shower that will make water go anywhere on the bathroom floor, which -to be honest- seems pretty common on BnB’s nowadays.
