Positive: A great place, fully equipped appartment. Communication with the host was quick and efficient, all was crystal clear! Negative: One minor wrinkle that should be taken care of - the dishes/cutlery in the cupboards/drawers were really dirty and sticky - so the first thing I did was to set the dishwasher. Please - check carefully after previous guests. But apart from that - all was really great!
Positive: Gute Ausstattung, tolle Sauna Negative: leider gab es keine gute Gelegenheit zum Essen, da die Kücheninsel zu niedrig für die Stühle war und man nicht nah genug mit dem Stuhl heran rücken konnte. Außerdem war leider ein Teil des Geschirrs im Schrank schmutzig- sehr ärgerlich
Dokonalé Positive: Úžasný domeček, kuchyň plně vybavena a naprosto dostatečná pro naše potřeby. Vše krásně čisté. Sauna byla naprosto úžasná, využívali jsme ji každý večer. Proces příjezdu/odjezdu pomocí skříňky na klíče - vše bylo popsané dobře a vše proběhlo hladce. Negative: Museli jsme si koupit tablety do myčky - byla k dispozici pouze jedna. Nebyly prostěradla do sauny - využívali jsme každý svůj ručník, co byl určen do sprchy. Gauč není dostatečně dlouhý - můj manžel se zde nevyspal dobře. I přesto to byl dokonalý pobyt, toto bych pouze upravila a bylo by to ještě lepší.

Recomendado para familias 100% Positive: Todo muy organizado. Piensan en todo y nos dejaron hasta unos trineos para los peques. Muy limpia y muy atentos. Recomendado 100%. A 5 minutos en coche de la ciudad, y al lado el río donde fuimos para ver auroras al no haber contaminación lumínica. Negative: Nada que decir

We loved our stay! The place was spotless and in a great spot. The kitchen had everything we needed and the sauna was such a bonus after exploring the area. The Christmas lights really added a festive touch and made it feel extra cozy for the season. It was also super convenient being so close to the city centre and shops. Would definitely stay again. 🎄✨
Außerhalb von Rovaniemi gelegen aber das hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Check out war ohne Probleme erst um 14:00 statt 11:00 Uhr möglich.
Logement très propre et chaleureux. Nous y avons séjourné 1 semaine en famille, c’était parfait. Le supermarché est accessible à 5-10min à pied ce qui est vraiment pratique. De même que pour la rivière gelée, 10 min à pied pour y observer les aurores boréales. Nous avons passé un super séjour !
Unterkunft ist wie beschrieben und auf den Fotos zusehen. Alles sehr neu. Bett sehr bequem! Besonders Saunefreunde kommen auf ihre Kosten:)

Le logement était propre, chaleureux et cosy. Très bien placé . Le seul petit reproche serait la table et les chaises pour manger. C’était assez inconfortable et peu pratique. Mais cela reste tout de même minime par rapport à la qualité du logement. À recommander
Chalet pulitissimo, pieno di servizi e dettagli. Le foto e l'annuncio rispecchiano pienamente la realtà. Veramente completo di tutto! Sarebbe utile conoscere in anticipo che in casa restano a disposizione dei beni di prima necessità per la casa: Sale, zucchero, olio, sapone per i piatti, ecc ecc, per evitare di fare spese inutili. Ambiente caldissimo e sauna spettacolare. Peccato solo per il divano letto molto scomodo. Lo consiglio a tutti!
Séjour très agréable à proximité de Rovaniemi Positive: L’emplacement est à 10min maximum du centre de Rovaniemi et 15-20min de l’aéroport en voiture. C’est très pratique. L’appartement est très très joli, il possède toutes les commodités nécessaires. Le saune est top. Un petit livre avec des recommandations de restaurants est à disposition c’est super. Il y aussi des propositions d’activités. La réception des clés se fait par une boîte à clés. Negative: Rien

My friends and I were pleasantly surprised when we arrived, the photos don’t do this place justice! It was very clean and tidy with plenty of space for the three of us. The kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed. We really enjoyed using the sauna after spending the day in the snow. We were also provided a guide with places to eat and visit which was handy. We were also able to store our luggage which was very useful. Would recommend!

Absolute gem of a stay. Me and my family really enjoyed our visit and would highly recommend Positive: The property is lovely really well kept. Had everything that’s needed and more. The sauna was amazing. The location was a 5 min drive but was easily accessible and had a shop within walking distance Negative: If anything the dishwasher isn’t very good so gives the impression things aren’t clean when it’s because the dishwasher hasn’t done it’s job. The host didn’t give as much info about Lapland as other hosts but when asked did reply just wanted to up sell northern lights tours but was an effortless stay
Cold house Warm sauna Positive: Since we are driving, location was not an issue. The unit comes with its own parking. 1 bedroom but plenty of sleeping arrangement. Since only 2 of us staying, the extra bed is a nuisance blocking the heater. The place is not very warm in winter. But shower is the best. Heat from the sauna allow showering in cold water. Thats the best feeling👍. Kitchen fully equipped. Netflix was available, lounge was comfortable and beautiful backyard esp when covered in snow. Negative: The house was not at a comfortable warm temperature in winter

Excellent location away from town. Easy to get an uber. We used Wolt app for food delivery. We went just before Christmas and there was a lovely tree and a few decorations. Some milk and wine would have made the stay even more pleasurable. Was worried as this seemed new to air b and b but the place was better than the photos and was such a great relaxing stay. We loved the sauna. Thank you so much.

We loved Finland and its magical places, the apartment was the perfect place to stay for our 3 days trip. We were basically 5/10min car drive from everything we wanted it was perfect. It was very clean which I was so happy for and it felt so much like home! It was even bigger and prettier than the pictures which is not common. 11/10
It was our first visit to Lapland, and we loved it, we loved our accommodation, and we felt at home. Everything is very clean and well-equipped. Huge advantage were sauna for us, it's amazing to enter hot sauna after spending some time outside, especially when is being so cold outside. We felt very welcomed and definitely will come back again. Accommodation is very clean and there is everything that could be needed during the stay. The location is very good, about 10 minutes by car to Santa and the same to the airport. The local supermarket is close too, about 4 minutes by car. Host is very friendly and responsive, we didn't need any help during our stay but host has been responding quickly. There is even option to book transfer from and to airport. We loved our stay and can't wait to come back. Thanks a lot :)
