Positive: The location ist really good! Negative: Overall, the stay was okay, but there were several issues that affected our experience. Some of the kitchen utensils were dirty upon arrival — for example, the kettle was not usable at first due to cleanliness, although it was replaced quickly after we reported it. However, other items like pots were also dirty, and our follow-up request about this was unfortunately ignored. The bathroom design is also problematic, as water from the shower spreads across the floor and even collects under the washing machine, where it remained for several days. While the staff was generally friendly, communication was inconsistent, and some questions or requests did not receive a response. Overall, the apartment has potential, but improvements in cleanliness and responsiveness would be needed for a more comfortable stay.

Nice Positive: The property was in the centre and accessible to the market! Negative: We stayed here for 3 days but they didnt come to clean the dustbins or take trash away! When we called they said they dont provide house keeping services so we should go and throw the trash outside the society

Tout est mis à disposition Tout est parfaitement pensé : arrivée (photos de l'emplacement, code pour récupérer les clés...) et départ (consigne à bagages gratuite, remise des clés) Très bonne communication avec le gérant : réponses très rapides et intervention rapide et discrète (petit pb avec le lave linge réglé rapidement et sans que nous ne soyons derangés). Negative: Il y a un lave linge ce qui est super mais nous n avons trouvé ni étendoir ni fer à repasser ce qui est dommage. Sinon rien à dire !!

Good value for money, easy to get in / out. Great location Positive: we booked an early check-in at 1400, but arrived early at 1000 to drop off our bags and were given the room (as it was ready. This was a big bonus. Check-in staff at Book Lapland were very helpful and accommodating Negative: They advertise this property for up to 4. with all the cold weather gear you need and limited bathroom facilities I think you would struggle with four pax. For us two it was fine.
