Positive: Die Lage ist gut. Negative: Die Unterkunft ist sehr sporadisch eingerichtet. Alles ist Fleckig. Also am Bett und auf den Teppichen sond Flecken. Am Bettzeig waren lange schwarze Haare. Im Bad war lediglich ein Duschvorhang als Duschantrennung der geschimmelt hat. Nach einer Beschwerde beim Vermieter und Booking werde der Duschvorhang entfernt. Das war alles, sauber gemacht wurde nicht. Wir haben die Unterkunft nach einer Nacht verlassen. Es gab keine Einsicht vom Vermieter und keine Unterstützung von Booking. Sehr enttäuschend.
Sono molto soddisfatta del soggiorno. Positive: Era in una posizione perfetta per raggiungere tante zone della città. Inoltre è un bellissimo appartamento esattamente come in foto. Negative: La pulizia era buona ma non ottima, mancavano stoviglie e il bagno non ha alcuna areazione.

Positive: La ubicación, muy próximo al centro comercial y restaurantes. Éramos 7 pero para una estancia corta no está mal de espacio, eran dos habitaciones y sofá cama. El check-in es a partir de las 16.00h pero pudimos dejar las maletas en la oficina pagando una cuota. Negative: El mobiliario está un poco antiguo y las puertas de los armarios parece que van a romper cuando las abres. No había suficiente menaje en la cocina para 7 personas y el lavavajillas no funcionaba bien. Tuvimos que ir a la oficina para que nos explicaran cómo ponerlo en marcha pero aún así no se disuelve la pastilla del jabón y los platos no quedan bien limpios. La cortina de la ducha tenía moho.

Eemil was a very responsive host and was always on hand to answer questions or provide suggestions on what to do in the local area. Very central location, easy to find and clear instructions for check in etc.
Great location and large enough for a family of five. Positive: Great location, walking distance to city centre and all tour companies offices. Very central and easy to get transport. Negative: Property was very dated, facilities were average. Kitchen didn’t have all necessary cooking tools or basic staples provided. There was no laundry facility.

Super Appartement en plein centre de Rovaniemi Positive: La localisation est vraiment top ! À 5 - 10 minutes à pieds des commerces, arrêts de bus, parc pour les enfants. 15 minutes des spots à Aurores Boréales. Vraiment très pratique ! Negative: C’était un très chouette établissement, seul hic : les équipements cuisines un peu juste pour 7 personnes, mais nous étions là seulement 2 nuits donc ce n’est pas très grave 😉
Very nice, spacious appartment at great location right next to the center of Rovaniemi. Positive: Spacious appartment: double en-suite bedroom + another double bedroom + a small single bed room + sleeping sofa in the living room. Would advise for companies of two adults and/or families of max 5. Dishwasher present, fully equipped kitchen. Excellent location - right across the street from the city center. Key was to be fetched at 'Book Lapland' - 5m walking distance. Good Wifi, big TV in living room, towels & bedlinnen all taken care off. Heating was already on when arriving, very comfortable. Negative: It wasn't very clear how/where to fetch the keys until we found the 'Booklapland' office. Then things went fine.
Positive: Gastgeber waren sehr zuvorkommend, Lage ist perfekt, werden es immer weiterempfehlen. Alles war sauber. Negative: Leider sind die Fotos schöner als es in echt war. Man könnte die Vorhänge erneuern, leider kaum Möglichkeiten das Gewand zu verstauen. Waren 4 erwachsene und zwei Kinder.
Wohnung ist zentral aber nicht sauber. Positive: Sehr zentral! Ein- und Auschecken war einfach. Negative: Leider nicht sehr sauber. Badezimmer anders als auf den Bildern. Küche nicht voll ausgestattet. Kein Lift.
