Disappointing Positive: The location and patio are the highlights of the villa, offering privacy and beautiful views. The space is very large, and the beds and couches were comfortable and clean. The heated floors were a nice touch. The showers, sauna, and hot tub were all excellent. The kitchen was well equipped with almost everything needed. The projector in the games room is large and high quality. Negative: There were several aspects of the stay that could be improved. The master bedroom wardrobe was locked because it was being used as storage, so we had to store our clothes in a wardrobe by the front door. The cinema room did not match the listing photos-the couches shown were replaced with four mattresses, none of which were prepared with bedsheets or pillows. The speaker system audio quality was poor, and only one pool cue was available. The built-in coffee machine was dirty and did not work. The patio was not shoveled when we arrived, and after requesting it, we had to wait two days for the snow to be cleared, making the patio unusable during that time. The fire pit shown in the photos was also removed prior to our stay. Guests cannot control the heating and must request adjustments, which takes hours. The Wi-Fi does not reach the bedrooms, and many "smart" features, including the light switches, were unnecessarily complicated. Most concerning, the person responsible for the resort entered the property without permission while we were still inside, after asking to enter and being explicitly told no. This was possible because the front door does not have a manual lock and can only be accessed digitally.
Positive: La maison est parfaite et la localisation également. Nous recommandons nous avons passé un très bon séjour et les prestations sont très haut de gamme. Negative: La maison est tellement automatisée qu elle peut être complexe à gérer seul. Il est simple d obtenir rapidement les réponses par WhatsApp mais si le réglage nécessite le passage de quelqu un, les employés sont très chargés car ils font beaucoup de maisons et des excursions. Nous y étions au jour de l an et donc l eau était tiède dans les douches suite à une tempête mais nous avons du attendre 2 jours sur 5 pour régler le problème, comme pour un détecteur de fumée qui ne s éteignait pas et bipait toutes les 30 secondes la nuit
