The location was good. It’s not in the city but easy to access with bus or taxi, and also in the pick up distance of the tours. The apartment is not from a private person, but a company, so our expactations were accordingly. It was not perfectly clean, there were food stains on the kitchen floor. But the sheets and towels were clean. The dishwasher was not working correctly, inside of the dishwasher was also dirty when we arrived, so the cleaning team did not check it. Eemil was responsive about the problem, however the problem could not be solved or even identified during our stay. It was nice to have a sauna in the apartment. For 9 people the apartmant could be a little bit small, only 8 seats on the kitchen table. We booked two tours via their suggested company (book lapland), both were really good!

Super!!!! Positive: La maison est confortable avec tout ce qu'il fait dedans Les hôtes sont disponibles et relatifs rapidement mais aussi très gentils et bienvaillants. Idéale pour une grande famille beaucoup de literie. L'emplacement est top entre 7 et 10 min de tout les lieux a faire sur rovaniemi. Negative: Les voisins sont aigris. Mais c'est un détail on a pas fait attention
Nice place. A very good point was that It was fully equipped. The only drawback was that, the neighbors were extremely sensible with the noise, taking into account that the place is for 9 people.
