Negative: Нужно починить штангу для зановесок ( они лежат на полу и об них спотыкаешься. Еще мы не могли найти вход во двор ( приехали поздно ) . Было бы здорово если высылали фото инструкции, как попасть во внутрь.
Appartement central et calme. Positive: Appartement central mais calme, et bien équipé, avec WIFI et TV numérique. Document d'accueil clair indiquant le fonctionnement de la location et les attractions de la ville. Récupération et retour des clefs dans une keybox à un pâté de maisons, accessible à pied même avec les bagages. Arrêts de bus à 20 mètres, pour toutes destinations (notamment aéroport et Village du Père Noel). Supermarché et bons restaurants juste à côté. Negative: C'était parfait ! Peut-être seulement indiquer où se trouve le local poubelles que nous n'avons pas trouvé ;) .

City centre apartment Positive: Location is perfect, right in the city centre which made it easy to access everything we needed. Picking up the key is easy and literally 2 minutes walk away. Supermarket, shops and restaurants all in walking distances. The bed was comfortable, fresh towels provided, sledge to use, smart TV, WiFi all worked great. Negative: The apartment is definitely a little dated, it could do with a bit of an update especially the bathroom and kitchen. The apartment is overlooked by other apartments and I think some blinds would make a massive difference to the apartment, we kept the curtains closed due to how overlooked it was. Overall the apartment met our needs and I would definitely return if the price was right.

El mejor apartamento en Rovaniemi Positive: La ubicación es la mejor de Rovaniemi, la cama espectacular súper cómoda. Negative: Todo estuvo bien.
Estudio céntrico con baño minúsculo y precio elevado Positive: Lo mejor es la localización, en el centro de rovaniemi, a 2 minutos de un supermercado y punto de partida ideal para realizar excursiones. Es un pequeño estudio con una cama muy cómoda, sofá, mesa comedor, una pequeña cocina con horno y un baño. Buena temperatura y sin ruidos. El agua del grifo con buena presión. A la llegada nos dejaron café y chocolate. Hay secador. Negative: Tuvimos que recoger las llaves en la oficina que aunque está cerca del alojamiento es un poco molesto. El ascensor a veces no funcionaba y es un segundo piso. La ducha del baño es minúscula y al ducharte se desborda el desagüe inundando literalmente todo el baño. No hay lavadora. El precio para lo que es el estudio, aunque céntrico, es bastante elevado.

Overall it was good . The instructions were given ahead of time so it was really easy stay . Positive: The property is perfect for a couple travelers and the location is situated in the city centre . It is very easy access to explore the attractions and to get picked up for the booked activities also .

Lower your expectations and standards Positive: Location was ideal Negative: I had messaged the property 2 days prior to my arrival requesting that the sofa bed be made up, and when we arrived it was not made despite reassurances made that it would be. The curtains or lack thereof was another annoying aspect, like there is zero privacy from the other apartments facing the room. The shower is small. And overall it could be cleaner.

Positive: Muy céntrico cuenta con todo lo necesario para hacer tours en el centro de la cuidad. La calefacción funcionó bien estoy contenta seguro que repetiría cuando vuelva. Negative: Lo único por poner algo es la parte externa del edificio y asensor esta antiguo. Una reforma sería buena. Pero cumplió con las necesidades que se requiere para unas vacaciones de 5 días.
